If you haven't discovered Quinoa yet you have to try it! I'm using it as a side dish instead of rice, we love rice but Quinoa is so much better for you. I make it with chicken broth instead of just water, some people think it has a little bit of a bitter taste but the chicken broth or vegetable broth takes that away. My other favorite way to prepare it is with some lime juice and fresh cilantro.
