If you have dogs here is a great OUTDOOR treat to keep them cool, I got this recipe from the The Humane Society of the United States, it also has lots of other good ideas for keeping your pets cool.

In a small mixing bowl, combine peanut butter with a little water or half a mashed banana. (The water and banana aren't essential but help with freezing consistency.)

Line an ice cube tray or cookie sheet with wax paper. (You don't have to use the paper, but it can make prying the cubes out easier.)

Spoon the mixture into the cubes, or drop onto the tray just like you would cookie dough.

Freeze, keep them in a ziploc bag in the freezer.

When my dogs were alive they loved ice so I would just freeze a large bowl of water and put it out in the yard for them, they would work on that thing for hours, a big dog popsicle!
